Estimated Turnaround Times While timelines vary, here’s a general estimate, just so you have an idea. Standard Orders: Typically completed within 7-10 business days after design approval. Rush Orders: Available for an additional fee; we’ll work with you to meet tight deadlines. Large or Complex Orders: May take 2-3 weeks depending on the specifics.   • How long does it take to receive my mockup?
    Our goal is to return a mock up for your approval within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the design. This of course depends on the quality of the design file provided. If there are any issues, we'll immediately reach out to you to determine the best, next steps. It may be as simple as you providing a new design file, but in the event that is not an option, we're happy to help.
  • What’s the minimum order quantity for screen printing?
    We don't have minimums on most items, we strive to accommodate orders of all sizes while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Here’s what you need to know about ordering based on quantity: Competitive Pricing Although we don't have a minimum order for screen printing, there's usually some advantage to placing a larger order due to set up costs or distributor discounts. That said, we will gladly discuss the options with you so you can make an informed decision while providing competitive pricing. Why Would There Be A Minimum? In a few rare occasions, distributors may require a small minimum. Don't let this discourage you from reaching out. Of course, larger orders do allow us to balance setup costs, making things even more affordable for you.     For long term care washing our products in cold water is recommended but our high quality prints will last in any wash cycle!

    Once you have approved the mock up we will then send over the invoice that is payable online. Once payment has been received, we will start production.
